Samsung has released a new software update to the Galaxy Tab Active 3. While some Galaxy devices have started getting the May 2022 security update, the rugged tablet has now started getting the April 2022 security update.

The latest software update for the LTE variant of the Galaxy Tab Active 3 comes with firmware version T575XXS3CVD2. The update brings the April 2022 security patch that fixes over 88 privacy and security vulnerabilities. It also brings general bug fixes and device stability improvements.

If you are a Galaxy Tab Active 3 LTE user in Hong Kong, you can now download and install the latest software update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file from our database and flash it manually.

The Galaxy Tab Active 3 was launched in 2020 with Android 10-based One UI 2.5. The device received the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 update in 2021 and the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 update a few weeks ago.
