Samsung has released the May 2022 security update to a few more Galaxy S series phones. The company has released it to the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and the Galaxy S10 5G.

The latest software update for the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and the Galaxy S10+ bears the firmware version G97xFXXUFHVE1. For the Galaxy S10 5G, the update has a firmware version G977BXXUCHVE1. The update is currently rolling out in Switzerland, and we expect other European markets to get the update within a matter of days.

If you have a Galaxy S10 series phone and if you live in Switzerland, you can now download the latest security update on your phone. You can download the update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file from our database and flash it manually.

Samsung had launched the Galaxy S10 series in early 2019 with Android 9 on board. In early 2020, the phones received the Android 10-based One UI 2 update. The South Korean firm released the Android 11-based One UI 3 update in early 2021 and the Android 12-based One UI 4 update earlier this year.
