To be precise, Ubisoft+ is not available directly on Samsung smart TVs or the Gaming Hub platform, but Ubisoft+ Multi-Access subscribers can play Ubisoft games through the cloud via other platforms that are available on Gaming Hub, including Google Stadia and Amazon Luna.
In other words, if you have Google Stadia or Amazon Luna on your Samsung smart TV, you should now be able to gain 30 days of free access to Ubisoft+ Multi-Access. You may have to go through a few extra steps to link your Ubisoft account to Stadia or Luna, since Ubisoft+ doesn’t have a standalone client for TVs or Gaming Hub. Check out Ubisoft’s website for more details.
More games incoming, from Assassin’s Creed and Far Cry 6 and The Crew 2
After the trial period ends, you can choose to cancel the subscription or continue paying $17.99 a month. Keep in mind that the standard Ubisoft+ subscription costs $14.99, but you’ll seemingly need the slightly more expensive Multi-Access subscription in order to gain access to Ubisoft games through Stadia and Luna.
Some of the most popular games on Ubisoft’s platform include Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, The Division, Far Cry 6, For Honor, Watchdogs, The Crew 2, and others. Gaming Hub customers can now technically try and play all these games without limitations until October 10.
Limitations apply, and needless to say, the trial is available where Ubisoft’s service is supported, as well as in markets where Samsung Gaming Hub customers have access to Stadia or Luna.
