In the last days of April we saw a bunch of new smartphone launches, as well as major companies release their quarterly financial reports. Sony revealed that the PlayStation is doing great, and while its mobile phone business isn’t selling much it’s still turning a profit.
We saw the Redmi K40 Gaming arrive with pop-up shoulder keys and Dimensity 1200 chipset, and the vivo V21 series went official as well. Another announcement from vivo also caught your attention – the new iQOO series is finally global, with the Snapdragon 888-powered iQOO 7 Legend particularly exciting.
Samsung also had a major announcement with four Galaxy Book laptops, while on the smartphone scene the Korean company mainly brought updates. The Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S21 series got camera-improving new firmwares, and Android 11 is hitting three more devices – the Galaxy M01, Galaxy A41, and the Galaxy Tab A7.
